These terms cover your use of this website and the Think in Public programme. Think in Public is run by [company name], registered in England and Wales (company number [number]). By using the site or registering for the programme, you agree to these terms.

The programme

Think in Public is a four-week live group programme. The schedule, session topics and guest experts described on this site may change slightly between cohorts. If a session has to move, we’ll give you as much notice as we can and share a recording where possible.

Booking and payment

Your place is confirmed once payment is received. Prices are shown at checkout. [Add your refund and cancellation policy here, for example whether places can be refunded or transferred to a future cohort, and by when.]

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create and share during the programme. By sharing work in sessions or the group channel, you allow us and other participants to view and give feedback on it within the programme.

Our materials

Lessons, recordings, guides and other programme materials are for your personal use. Please don’t share, resell or republish them without our written permission.

Community

Treat other participants with respect and keep what they share in the group confidential. We may remove anyone from the programme or group channel who behaves in a way that harms others.

Results

We share real participant experiences on this site, but results depend on the effort, consistency and circumstances of each person. We can’t guarantee specific outcomes, such as follower numbers or income.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the programme.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions about these terms can be sent to [contact email].
